In the 1920s, the USA went through a series of changes, from the economic aspect. Each of them affected the country in different ways, some for good and others for worse. During this period, USA's economy boosted, it led most of the world’s industries, the economic growth was huge.

To start, we have to mention the “Buy now, pay later” hire purchase system. People were encouraged by the government to buy the new products that were starting to come out, even though you didn't have the necessary money to buy them. Every bank started offering people new ways to lend them money. Banks lended money to speculators as well. "Speculators" were investors who borrowed money from the banks to buy shares from the companies and when the price of them got higher, they sold them again, this way, they would get a profit from them. Then, they would pay the loan and still win money. However, they didn't have to pay the complete value of the shares.

Marketing and advertising played an important role because they encouraged people to buy goods. Americans were encouraged to spend their money and not save up, people's mind changed. Before this, they saved up money and used it for things they really needed to buy, but now they started spending their money because they were told that was the right thing to do. Many people thought that credit and hire purchase did not really help the economy, because poor people spent money they didn't really have, causing them long-term economic problems.

But, did this actually helped the economy to grow? At that moment it looked like it did, industries were producing at a mass scale due to Fordism (More production in less time). People were able to acquire what they needed and even more, due to the "Buy now, pay later" scheme. However, even though it looked as if the economy grew a lot, later on, the country would fall into a huge depression, because people couldn't pay their debts as they had no saved money. Industries and shops would also stop selling goods and that meant a huge loss of money. Many millonaire people would go in bankrupt.

How important were Republican reactions to the Wall Street Crash as causes of Roosveelt`s success in the president election of 1932. Explain your answer:

In 1932 people needed a new leader after Hoover, who was known as the "do nothing president". It was in the presidental election of 1932 when Roosveelt came to power. Republican reactions to the Wall Street Crash helped Roosvelt to win the election, however there are several question if he win due top the Republican reactions or his own capacity.
On the one hand we have Hoover and republican merits for Roosvelt win, Hoover as the head of the Republicans tried to restart the economy in 1930 and 1931 by tax cuts, tried to persuade business leaders, tried to protect US industries but all this things were failures and he didin`t achieved any of these. However, the major cause was the Depression in USA due to economic problems were a lot of people were affected and Hoover do nothing to help him because he thought that the people it self had to solve tehir problem as a community.
On the other hand, we have Roosvelt merits, he focused on giving people a better life after depression spending money on getting people back to work. He promised this to American people as "the new deal". He was enthusiastic on being president due to the 76 speechs he gave in all USA. It also help him being New York Governor before president.
To conclude, Hoover failures helped Roosvelt promises to make people have a bigger hope on Roosvelt.

Who I am?

My name is Agustin Fila, i was born on 16th August 2000. Now i live in Adrogue with my siblings and my parents.
As regards my physical appearense i am shory guy of 1,67m and brown hair. I have brown eyes and huge head.
I am a person who is most of the time happy although i get angry easily. I have a lot of friends in fact i make friends easily.
In conmection to my interests, what i like the more are sports. I am passionate about football but i am not good at playing it, so i play rugby with i also love and gave most of my friends. Another hobby i have is going to the gym.
As a conclusion, i am proud of my life and i love spending time with my friends and family
